Hi, You are doing a good job however delaying the payments, why is that?

خدمتكم فعاله جدا في توصيل الطلبات ... الا ان خدمة استرداد الاموال بطيئة للغاية .. و محاولة التعديل على الطلب بعد اتمامه غير ممكنه ... و اتمنى ان يكون هناك مجال لدخول الموقع عبر اسم الاشتراك و متابعة الطلبات الجديدة و القديمة .... لان بعد ادخال الطلب لايمكن معرفة ماتم ادخاله و مالم يتم ... واشكرك بشكل خاص رئيس المندوبين الاخ غلام على تفاعله و متابعته الجاده لطلبات ..

We need something that we can edit or correct the booking when we finish the submit , before its been confirmed - we need the schadual of every city you deliver it to , , !some cities are not there for example Hatta or aldhaid and some places in alain -every time we are calling the office no one answers we need to call many times,, - if there is a way to improve receiving money the same week of the deliveries

منظمين ومن اكثر الشركات المنتظمة في استخدام نظام حجز إلكتروني وسيارات مبردة ويقومون بايصال الطلب في حالة جيدة ... لكن جداً بطيئين في استرداد المبالغ وإتمام الحوالات بين اسبوعين ل ٣ أسابيع وتقصير في الرد على هواتفهم

في نقطه وحده بالنسبه لادخال الأموال في الحساب البنكي تاخذ كثير من الوقت من ١٠ ايام لأسبوعين

This is to request your good office to improve your confirmation system to avoid delivery problems in the future. Like as at Shezon Bakery and Cafe we booked more than one customer in no definite time, and we are not sure if you confirmed to us or not. and if we follow up on calling your very strict on reply. you said its in the system. what happened on May 31, 2015 is an example of online booking failure, because I booked two customers and your manager said only 1 is confirmed. in our part how do we traced that whos customer was the confirmation for, there is no customer name only number. and How can I print the booking slip online if I didnot booked it.

As you see in the whatsapp I send to you, i printed the booking sheet without confirmation number. and your manager said, you didnot see that there are two bookings on may 31. and then you pick up the two boxes for two customers and your manager alsp said in our telephone conversation that we need to pay double the rate because you cannot see the bookings in your system? how can I print the booking slip I I didnot book online ? is it fare to collect double the fare? and is it our fault? that you did not confirmed? and then you pick up the item and you double charge it because its not confirmed.????????????????????? its that how you solve a simple delivery problem?

Since we have a lot of bookings to your company. its very difficult on our part to trace whose customer was confirmed. maybe you include customer name or phone number. we look forward for more bookings but most customers requested a time of delivery. if its possible in your part, we will booked our deliveries in your services, because you have very nice facility, I mean , very nice delivery van.

Most Of our customers served were requesting if possible to deliver before the time of party or as time requested. because its difficult to start a party if food are not completed on time.

Please include name of customer in booking confirmations. because, we book more than 1 customer in a day. if possible, to trace our records and to confirmed our record.
